To qualify for admission to this Programme, beyond all other normal graduate Programme requirements, the candidate must:
• Have an undergraduate degree from a recognized university with a minimum second lower (2:2);

Programme Highlights

The Master of Science in Procurement and Supply Chain Management Programme in the Faculty of Business and Administration provides quality training for people of substantial competency and interest in procurement. The Programme is highly flexible with the aim of helping senior managers, heads of department, procurement management, project leaders, and various professionals in leadership positions to increase their qualification. The Programme also is useful to fresh graduates who want to make a career in Procurement and Supply Chain Management. On completion of coursework and lectures, a student will be eligible for Post Graduate Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management.

Courses

This course includes study in the following areas, among others: sustainable and ethical procurement, supply chain risk management, Information Systems, procurement law, supply chain operations and modeling, strategic supply chain management, negotiations and contract management.

Career Propects

Career prospects upon completing this degree can be found in local, national and international government, non-profit and private sectors with such titles as: procurement manager, officer, assistant; clearing and forwarding manager; supply chain manager; and store manager.
